What is Drip&Fresh?
Drip&Fresh it is a full range of residential and industrial nebulization solutions that transforms water into microme to cool the environment, eliminate odors, provide humidity and improve comfort. It is a sustainable solution that allows to air-conditioned exterior spaces such as terraces, patios or gardens naturally, without refrigerant gases.
How does nebulization work?
Nebulization works by evaporative cooling: When evaporated, the micriGets absorb the heat of the environment, reducing the temperature. It is a natural principle similar to the operation of the botijo.
How much temperature can I reduce?
It will depend on three factors:
Outdoor temperature
Relative humidity
System pressure
With residential nebulization it can be reduced up to 5-8 ° C and with industrial nebulization, up to 12 ° C under optimal conditions.
Do I need a bomb to work?
Not in all cases. If your network has at least 3.5 bar pressure, you can use a residential nebulization system without pump. However, the use of pump improves performance and allows a finer atomization.

What do I need to install a system?
Pipe (1/4 ", 3/8" or 1/2 ")

At what high and distance are the nozzles?
Ideal height: 2.5 - 3 meters
Distance between nozzles: 70 to 100 cm
In industrial nebulization, it is recommended to avoid overlapping or excessive separation so as not to lose efficiency.
Can I use water from a tank or ciseit?
No. Only network drinking water should be used, since stagnant water represents a health risk (Legionella) and for installation (jams).
Is it served for interiors?
It is not designed for interiors. It can wet the floor, although it is possible to use it in well-ventilated and controlled areas.
Is it used to water plants?
Yes, especially in crops that require environmental humidity: bonsais, seedbed or hydroponics. The nozzles consume only 9-10 l / h.
How much water does a system consume?
An average system with 10 nozzles (0.3 mm) running at 5 bar and with interval programming consumes about 12.5 l / h.
How to know the pressure of my network?
You can use the pressure measurement pack (Ref. D017) to know the available pressure.

What maintenance does the system need?

In industrial nebulization: change of oil in the pump every 1000 h
Use of drainage valve to avoid accumulations
Why do the nozzles leak?
Because the pipe expands when it is filled. Use anti-drip valves (ref. D100) on all nozzles less one, which will act as a drainage point.
Each time you leave less water. What happens?
Colmated filter → Chasson
Dirty nozzles per lime or particles → Vinegar diluted for a few hours
How much water does an installation consume?
An average installation of 10 standard nozzles (0.3mm), at a pressure of 5 bar and considering that it will be half the time running and half the time stopped, would die 12.5 liters at the time.
