Delivery and returns
Delivery:
The purchased products will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order.
By default, invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the customer at the time of their discharge on our website.
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no departure or delivery of orders.
Notwithstanding its delay, it will not imply annulment of the order or any compensation.

Return and cancellation policies
(a) Return of goods:

Within 15 days of receipt of the return, www.https://nebulizacion.es/en/ commits to your refund. Before you return, you will have to contact the customer service department. If the cause of the return was that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to the request in the order,www.https://nebulizacion.es/en/ will run with the expenses of the return and new shipment.
If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount but not the shipping costs or the refund costs.
b) Order cancellation:
If the cancellation of the order arrives before the departure of goods the customer will have no expense. In the case of an annulment after the departure of the order, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the refund expenses of this same order.
