Filter cartridge. Fit it anywhere in the supply line to the nozzles. When installing, be aware of the water direction as indicated on the filter label. The filter is essential to protect the nozzles from any particles that travel with the water since its small hole is susceptible to being blocked by them.
Note: for hygiene, its replacement is recommended at the beginning of each season.
